Implement the Lightbox "Look" effects as VK passes around vkclean/shaders/clean_tonemap.frag:

LUT with strength; lift/gamma/gain; RGB and master curves; split-tone; white balance (temperature/tint); saturation/vibrance/hue.
Tonemappers: Neutral, ACES Hill, ACES Boosted, Reinhard, Filmic, GT, AgX, each with white-point controls (we have Neutral and ACES today).
Vignette, film grain (several styles), anisotropic chromatic aberration, colour-blindness (CVD) simulation and compensation, dither.

Algorithm source (GLSL): upstream Alchemy develop (902e75e7db) app_settings/shaders/class1/alchemy/{postEffectUtilsF,colorGradeUtilF,colorCorrectF}.glsl, class1/deferred/tonemapUtilF.glsl.

Size: S per effect group
