Replace the basic glow with the mip-chain bloom from upstream Alchemy develop (902e75e7db) (knee, firefly clamp, halation), then add lens flare (ghosts/halo/starburst), lens dirt, lens distortion and the cross filter.

Reference: class1/effects/{bloom*,crossFilterF,lensDirtGenF}.glsl. Our current passes: clean_glow*.frag.
