Bring over Firestorm's radial (pie) context menus as an option alongside the standard context menus.

Source: Firestorm phoenix-firestorm master, indra/newview/piemenu.*, pieslice.*, pieseparator.*, the pie XUI (menu_pie_*.xml for object, avatar, self, land, attachment, HUD, mute/particle) and their registrations in llviewermenu.cpp / llviewerwindow.cpp, plus the UsePieMenu setting and its preference toggle.
Pie rendering is immediate-mode gGL (arcs, text) -- verify it draws through our gGL -> Vulkan facade (the new gl_polyline/washer helpers may help).
Keep the pie and the flat context menu wired to the SAME menu actions (reuse our existing menu item callbacks/enable/visible handlers) so the two never drift.
Include FS pie options: animation/fade, pie slice text colours, sounds, and our own additions (e.g. the chat-name Zoom In, camera recorder, Lightbox) where relevant.
Licensing: Firestorm LGPL-2.1, keep headers + credit.
