Port Firestorm's small quick-settings floater that sits in the bottom-left corner by default. Its main control is a hover height slider; it also has other frequently-tweaked toggles.

Audit what FS currently puts in it (hover height, plus the other quick toggles) and decide which to carry over.
Hover height should use the same server-side offset as Appearance → hover. It should update live while dragging, and only commit on release to avoid spamming the server.
Give it a toolbar button and a Me/View menu entry, and remember its position.
Consider a compact layout that matches our UI style rather than a pixel-for-pixel port.

Firestorm names this window Quick Preferences (the small floater with hover height and other quick toggles that sits bottom-left by default). Use that as the reference when porting.
