Scope: the CMake list in §3 Q6 items 1–6

Prereq: none (R5 shows the link is already a no-op)

Acceptance: Clean configure on a machine without mesa/libGL dev packages. readelf -d is unchanged. Plugins load.

Risk: low

Shared acceptance baseline: links; logs in under VK and renders prims/mesh/rigged/terrain/water/sky/particles; click-select object/avatar/attachment; region crossing + teleport; no GLSL Compilation Error|SIGSEGV in the log.
