Description
Unique icons for the inventory's system folders (the default folders in the inventory that are the default location for new animations, objects, sounds, textures, etc.) would make it easier to locate them in the inventory window at a glance. Both the official Second Life viewer and Firestorm have been using unique icons for those. https://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Inventory#System_Folders
Slipstream recently got an update to the icons that it uses on the interfaces, and the icons for different types of inventory items are color-coded, so making the system folders have a coloring that matches the color of the icon of the type of item that the folder is meant to store could help with making them look more distinct from each other.
Currently, in the new vector icons, the system folders use an icon of a folder with a padlock icon on the bottom left. The new icons for the system folders could use a similar structure: an icon of a folder, with the icon of the item that it's meant to store on the bottom right, color coding included.
A comparison between what the system folders look like in Firestorm and Slipstream is shown in the attached image.
