Slipstream Beta 0.12.0.33

Description

In Firestorm you had the option to set a separate cache directory only for sound files.

This of course was only used ever used with purely good intentions and never to rip sound UUIDs for use in your own scripts

~~I actually truly don't know what the original use case for this was but it certainly turned into one~~
