Removed: the fmodstudio 3p package (private download, failed in every Windows build), LLAudioEngine_FMODSTUDIO, the FMOD listener and streaming-audio classes, and their settings (FMODExProfilerEnable, FMODExDecodeBufferSize).

We've always shipped the OpenAL backend (--openal=ON), so nothing user-facing changed.

Why we might want it

FMOD's streaming audio handles more stream formats and codecs than the media-plugin path.
FMOD's mixer and 3D positioning are more mature on some platforms.

To add it back

A commercial FMOD licence for distribution, and our own hosted 3p package.
Restore the llaudio *_fmodstudio sources and startup selection from history.
Compare against OpenAL + HRTF (AudioOpenALHRTF) before committing to it.
