Slipstream Beta 0.13.0.1 (64bit) (SSE4_2
OS Version: Microsoft Windows 11 64-bit (Build 22621.4317)

Description

When using the chat bar that pops up when you press Enter (not the chat car from the Conversations window), in other viewers, pressing Ctrl+Up insert previous messages sent through that chat bar. That doesn't work on Slipstream, and instead it just makes the same sound as when you try to Backspace in the chat bar while having no text in it.

Reproduction steps

Press Enter to make the chat bar appear.
Type and send a message.
Press Enter to open the chat bar again.
Try pressing Ctrl+Up. In other viewers, it would insert the previous message that you sent thorugh the chat bar.
