VK sun/moon/stars are procedural and ignore EEP textures; no rainbow/halo. See §2.7.
Source: research/vk_parity_audit.md (static audit, not yet runtime-verified).
Implemented in
cbd9f5f1a2(EEP sun/moon/bloom textures, LL-matched stars, rainbow + 22-degree halo); verified in-world. Shipped in Beta 7. Moon phases removed to match LL.
