Bring back avatar profile thumbnails in the People > Nearby list, as an option on top of the current Firestorm-style radar layout. Don't revert to LL's plain list.

Today

People > Nearby uses the Firestorm-style radar list (name / distance columns, range slider). It dropped the small avatar profile icon that LL/Alchemy's nearby list showed at the start of each row.

Proposal

A small round or square profile picture (about 16-24 px, matching row height) as the first column of each nearby avatar row.
Clicking the icon opens the profile or the avatar inspector (same as the info button); double-click keeps its current action (IM).
Placeholder silhouette while loading or when there's no picture.
Settings (People window gear/view menu and/or Preferences):
- show avatar icons in Nearby (and optionally Friends / Groups / Recent tabs);
- icon size small or large, with matching row height;
- shape: round or square.

Implementation notes

Reuse LLAvatarIconCtrl / the profile image id cached by LLAvatarPropertiesProcessor, as an icon cell in the radar scroll list (FS radar port) or the avatar list item.
Thumbnails only: small discard level, thumbnail boost, bounded and evicted (memory rule; never pin full-size profile pictures). With dozens of avatars in range (events), only fetch for visible rows and stop fetching for rows that scrolled away.
Retained UI: redraw the People floater's recording when an icon finishes loading.
Muted residents: no fetch (silhouette). RLV @shownames / @shownearby must hide icons as well as names.
With the option off, columns, sorting and row height stay exactly as they are now.

Shipped in 1.3.0 Beta 3: profile pictures in People > Nearby are on by default, are assigned after sorting (visible rows always load), and show a silhouette when there's no picture.
