getExtraParameterEntry hot path

Fix: ExtraParameter* mExtraParams[10] indexed by param_type >> 4 (PARAMS are 0x10-0x90, llprimitive.h:103-111). That removes hashing and the map node per object.
Also: cache mIsMesh/mIsLight/mIsFlexi flags in parameterChanged, so isMesh stops doing two lookups (llvovolume.cpp:3617-3640). Remove the profile zone.
