From the LL-origin inefficiency audit (finding A3). File/line references are from commit 0229f8872c; re-locate them before working.

Avatar physics per-frame waste

Fake joint states: fake ROT states exist only to fill mJointSignature (llphysicsmotion.cpp:222-224; llmotion.cpp:120-122). 4 of the 6 are silently dropped by name keying (llpose.cpp:99-106); 2 still cost blender slots and exports.
Per sub-motion step: 2 dynamic_cast (:666, :703), 7 getParamValue (:516-522), and a std::map find per driven parameter (llcharacter.cpp:276-285).
Fix: an "always update" flag on LLMotion; cache casts and pointers.
