Restarting a motion creates a new instance; the deprecated pool is purged only past 32

Where: llmotioncontroller.cpp:42, 189-240, 419-434; llkeyframemotion.cpp:544-566, 642-647.
Side effect: the likely cause of the incremental-export misses (§0).
Fix: reuse deprecated instances of the same UUID; byte budget.
