From the LL-origin inefficiency audit (finding I4). File/line references are from commit 0229f8872c; re-locate them before working.

COF / base-outfit checks re-walk the COF per call

Where: llappearancemgr.cpp:1485, 3365, 3421-3447, 3531; callers llwearableitemslist.cpp:128, 201, llinventorygallery.cpp:930, llattachmentsmgr.cpp:321, llinventoryfunctions.cpp:887, 936, context menus.
Upstream evidence: a Catznip [SL:KB] comment at llinventoryfunctions.cpp:648-652 already removed one such call.
Fix: collectLinksTo (backlink multimap) plus parent==COF; cache the base-outfit link by COF version.
