From the LL-origin inefficiency audit (finding I7). File/line references are from commit 0229f8872c; re-locate them before working.

Friend calling-card sync at login is O(F²)

Where: llfriendcard.cpp:395-410, 417, 536-562, 590-600. Each buddy does a full collect of Friends/All.
Fix: collect once into an unordered_set.
