From the LL-origin inefficiency audit (finding I15). File/line references are from commit 0229f8872c; re-locate them before working.

Filter checks walk the whole fetch queue per folder during the initial fetch

  • Where: llinventoryfilter.cpp:202-204 → llinventorymodelbackgroundfetch.cpp:238-245, 1265-1283.
  • Also: mExpectedFolderIds is a std::list with a find per callback (:593, 640).
  • Confirmed. S.

Verify the cost (profile or timer) before and after changing it.
