From the LL-origin inefficiency audit (finding I19). File/line references are from commit 0229f8872c; re-locate them before working.

Sort comparator does map walks per compare

Where: llfolderviewmodelinventory.cpp:335-427; llinventorybridge.cpp:294, 2152.
Correctness: a static const favorites id is wrong if first computed before inventory loads (:343).
