From the LL-origin inefficiency audit (finding U11). File/line references are from commit 0229f8872c; re-locate them before working.

Every chat/IM line appended synchronously

Where: lllogchat.cpp:267-300, 380-441; callers llimview.cpp:1725, llfloaterimnearbychat.cpp:754-767.
Per line: 2 regexes for the filename, LLSD build, open/append/close on the main thread.
Fix: cache the filename per session; buffered writer thread.
