From the LL-origin inefficiency audit (finding C9). File/line references are from commit 0229f8872c; re-locate them before working.

HTTP LLSD-XML responses parsed on the main thread

Where: llcorehttputil.cpp:111-122. One HttpRequestPumper per in-flight coroutine on "mainloop" (:634-655).
Fix: parse off-thread; one shared pumper.
Confirmed path. M.
