Event-pump listener names are never removed; each new name re-runs a full topological sort

Where: llevents.cpp:450-463, 604-607; lldependencies.h:498-505.
Unique names in practice: LLPluginProcessParentListener<n>, and uniquified coroutine names from postAndSuspend (llcoros.cpp:181-199, lleventcoro.cpp:167-170).
Fix: drop dependency-free names on disconnect.
