From the LL-origin inefficiency audit (finding C17). File/line references are from commit 0229f8872c; re-locate them before working.

LLPerfStats frees and reallocates its unordered_map nodes every frame

Where: llperfstats.cpp:158-235. On by default.
Fix: zero in place; skip when autotune is off.
Confirmed. S.
