From the LL-origin inefficiency audit (finding C21). File/line references are from commit 0229f8872c; re-locate them before working.

Octree insert failures restart from the root

Where: lloctree.h:399-411, 769. 90 warnings at login in the log.
Next step: find the bad inputs (NaN, zero or huge radius).
Confirmed in log. M.

Verify the cost (profile or timer) before and after changing it.

Closing: superseded by #480, which deletes the scene octrees (LLViewerOctree / LLSpatialPartition) entirely, so there is no insert path left to fix.
