Add a way to sort the Gestures window so active gestures come first. Today they are only shown in bold, mixed in with everything else.
Plan: a narrow Active column (✔ for active gestures) as the first column. Clicking its header sorts active gestures to the top (then by name); clicking again reverses. It sorts through a hidden column so the order is stable and doesn't depend on the check-mark glyph. The column updates when gestures are activated or deactivated.
Test: open Ctrl+G, click the Active header and check that active gestures come first. Activate or deactivate a gesture and check the list updates. The other columns still sort as before.
