Slipstream Helper HUD (point 31, screen centre) blocks clicks in edit mode: move it off screen and make it unpickable #537

Symptom: the #Slipstream Helper (the Pose Studio sync bridge) is attached at HUD point 31 (Center 2). It sits in the middle of the screen, so in edit mode it swallows clicks meant for whatever is behind it. It is already excluded from rendering (registerCleanFace skips it via SLBridge::isHelperObject), so the user sees nothing there and can't tell why clicks fail.

Fix (both parts):

  1. Move it off screen: once attached, put the helper far outside the HUD view. The helper script can do this (llSetPos to a large offset), or the viewer can set its local position at attach time. Shrink it to the minimum size too.
  2. Make it unpickable: skip helper objects in picking and selection (pie/click, edit/select, hover), using SLBridge::isHelperObject. Even if it ever ends up on screen, it can't steal input.

Keep the existing protections: it can't be detached while a feature needs it, stray copies are still removed, and it isn't rendered.

Done when: with the helper worn, clicks and edit-mode selection in the screen centre reach the world/HUD objects behind it, and nothing about the helper is visible or selectable.
