User-facing control of the FX stack.

Scope

Photo Studio "Effects" page (panel_photo_studio_effects.xml, a section in the slot model, slfloaterphotostudio.h):
- effect list with search, enable, drag-order
- per-technique GPU ms
- compile errors / warnings inline
- per-effect preprocessor definitions (triggers recompile)
- per-effect scope selector (wired once P5 lands)
Annotation-generated controls: ui_type slider / drag / input / combo / radio / color / bool, ui_min/max/step, ui_items, ui_label, ui_tooltip, ui_category (+ _closed / _toggle), ui_text, ui_spacing, ui_units, hidden, noedit, noreset.
History / undo + Find integration like other Photo Studio settings.
Presets: ReShade .ini import / export (Techniques=, TechniqueSorting=, PreprocessorDefinitions=, [file.fx] uniform sections), stored in ~/.slipstreamviewer/fx/presets/, preserving unknown keys.
Search paths: add folder, plus an "Import ReShade install" button (Shaders + Textures).
Quick access: Preferences > Graphics "Effects on/off + preset", and a toggle keybind.

Done when

A ReShade preset from a real install loads, shows the same techniques / order / values, and round-trips byte-stable for keys we don't touch.
Every annotation type above renders and edits live (no recompile for uniform changes).
Toggle keybind and Preferences quick toggle work without Photo Studio open.
