Add an "Enable RLV (RestrainedLove API)" checkbox to Preferences, bound to the existing RestrainedLove setting (default on, takes effect after a restart).

Today

  • The only UI toggle is Advanced > RestrainedLove API in the menu (menu_viewer.xml ~3277, CheckControl/ToggleControl on RestrainedLove), and that item is only visible when RLV.MainToggleVisible allows it.
  • Otherwise it can only be changed through Debug Settings.

Proposed

  • Location: a checkbox in Preferences (e.g. Advanced, or a "Privacy & Security"/"Scripts" section): "Enable RLV (RestrainedLove API) — scripts can restrict and control your viewer; requires restart".
    • Control name RestrainedLove.
    • A short tooltip explaining what RLV is.
  • Restart notice: changing it shows the standard "requires restart" notification, unless one already exists for RLVa.
  • Grey-out while restricted: respect RLV's own rules. If RLV is currently on and an RLV restriction forbids changing it, grey the checkbox out instead of allowing a bypass. Check how the menu item handles this (RLV.MainToggleVisible / any RLVa lock) and mirror it.

Done when

  • The checkbox reflects and changes RestrainedLove.
  • After a restart RLVa is off or on accordingly.
  • The existing menu item stays in sync.

Shipped in 1.3.0 Beta 1 (commit bc7deb50f4): an "Enable RLV (RestrainedLove API)" checkbox in Preferences > Privacy > General, bound to the existing RestrainedLove setting. It toggles live, as RLVa intends, and stays in sync with the Advanced menu item.
