Scope

Keep the last 5 previous-session logs (timestamped copy when the crash marker is present) instead of only Slipstream.old.
Hitch log on by default for frames over 1 s: section breakdown + per-site GPU wait counts.
One memory status line (RAM governor + VRAM ladder state, usage/budget) on every pressure state change.
"Last words" line (memory state, last Vulkan call, frame number) before any fatal error.
Pre-disconnect block when the viewer is disconnected: recent frame times, region crossing trace, ladder/governor state.
Allocation-failure counters (retried / dropped, by kind) in the log and in the bug-report system info, so "things aren't loading" reports show memory pressure.
Next-start notice after an out-of-memory exit (like the existing device-lost one) suggesting lower settings and Help > Report Bug.
