[viewer] MOAP does not initiate and MOAP setup in build doesn't workto Notify the user when a media plugin dies or can't start (suggest an antivirus exception)The original cause here was antivirus (Windows Defender) blocking the media plugin host; adding an exception fixed it. Repurposing this ticket: when a media plugin dies or fails to start, show a visible notification that suggests security software may be blocking it, and say what to allow.
Fixed in 1.4.1 (
b3cef8fe6c). Reopen if you still see it.
