Follow-up to #577 (selecting a face in the Links tab docks the Texture panel beside the Build window: tools_texture_dock, llfloatertoolstexturedock.cpp, setting SLDockTexturePanelInLinks).

Wanted

When a link (a prim of the linkset, not a face) is selected in the Links tab:

  • its Contents panel (the inventory of that link) and the Object panel (object properties: name, description, permissions, etc. for that link) are shown in the same docked spot beside the Build window that the Texture panel uses when a face is selected;
  • both visible together (stacked or side by side in the dock, whichever fits), following the selected link as the selection changes;
  • selecting a face goes back to the Texture dock as today; leaving the Links tab, closing or minimising the Build window restores the panels to their own tabs (same lifecycle rules as #577's dock);
  • covered by the same (or a sibling) setting so it can be turned off.

Reuse #577's single-live-panel reparenting approach (no duplicate panels, no stale state), and make sure the Contents panel shows the selected link's inventory (not the root's) and the Object panel edits that link.

Test

  • Links tab, select a child prim: Contents + Object panels appear docked beside the Build window, showing that prim's contents and properties; edit the name / description: applies to that link.
  • Select another link: both follow. Select a face: Texture dock as before.
  • Switch tab / close / minimise Build: panels return to their tabs; reopen works.
  • Setting off: no docking.
