Separate toggles if practical: 'play typing sound for me' and 'play typing sound for others'.
Check what FS/Alchemy call their equivalents (e.g. FS 'PlayTypingSound' / 'FSPlayTypingSound') and reuse the name if one exists so imported settings map over (#131).

Add a setting (Preferences > Sound & Media, and a debug setting) to turn off the keyboard/typing sound -- both the local sound when you type in chat and the typing sound played for nearby avatars who are typing (the ChatTypingStart animation's sound, UISndTyping / the avatar typing loop). - Separate toggles if practical: 'play typing sound for me' and 'play typing sound for others'. - Check what FS/Alchemy call their equivalents (e.g. FS 'PlayTypingSound' / 'FSPlayTypingSound') and reuse the name if one exists so imported settings map over (#131).
