Description

Selecting to upload an image won't display a preview.

Uploading itself however is fine.

Reproduction steps

'Build > Upload > Image' Alternatively 'Ctrl+U'
Select an image file
Image no display preview :(

Fixed in f369939d48 (preview bound by texture object instead of raw GL name) and 2fa40bd63c (Vulkan UI now honours texture wrap, so the transparency checkerboard tiles). Tested; will ship in the next beta. The preview-as-avatar/sculpt modes are still tracked in #83.
