Ingest returns early for non-volume objects (llcleanrenderer.cpp:2274): LLVOTree / LLVOGrass missing entirely. See §2.10.

Implemented in dca332dcee (Linden trees + grass through LL's own generators, LL LOD rule, Trees/Grass toggles); verified in-world. Shipped in 0.12.0 Beta 7. Not yet: grass blade-count LOD (always 32).
