Follow-up to #676 (third-party LUTs) and #678 (Vivox / SLVoice). Those removals only fix new builds (1.2.2 and 1.3.0 Beta 4). Everything published earlier still distributes the content, and git history still contains the LUT images. Remove both.

1. Published release assets

Releases to remove or replace: every Forgejo release in sky_line/Slipstream before 1.2.2 / 1.3.0 Beta 4 ships SLVoice + the Vivox libs (all platforms) and, since 1.0-era Lightbox (63de939450, 2026-09-28), the 27 LUT PNGs. There are 48 releases at the time of filing, v0.12.0-beta.3 through v1.3.0-beta.3 / v1.2.1. Decide per release: delete the release (and its assets), or keep the release page with notes and remove the assets.
Package repositories that still serve old packages: the apt repo, the pacman repos (stable + beta), the Flatpak repo, the AUR package history/sources, and the auto-update manifest (update-manifest). Prune old versions or rebuild repo indexes without them.
3p mirror: delete the SLVoice release in sky_line/slipstream-3p (release 378, 3 assets) once 1.2.2 and Beta 4 are out. This is already approved and planned. Check other 3p mirror repos for anything else we can't redistribute.
Website: download links and the release-notes page must not point at deleted assets. build_download.py already HEAD-checks assets. The release notes for removed versions can stay as text.

2. Git history (the LUT images are committed)

Purge indra/newview/app_settings/colorlut/*.png from all history with git filter-repo, on every branch and tag that contains them: main, release/1.2, release/1.0 and any other release branches, old tags, and feature branches on Forgejo and in local worktrees.
SLVoice/Vivox binaries were never committed (they came from the 3p download), so history only needs the LUT purge. Verify with git log --all -- '*vivox*' '*SLVoice*'.
This rewrites every commit hash after 2026-09-28. Coordinate: force-push all branches and tags, re-tag releases (or accept that pruned releases lose their tag), and have any clones re-clone. CI's persistent trees on applejack must be re-cloned too.
If any other history cleanup is planned, do it in the same rewrite so history is rewritten once, not twice.

3. Mirrors and caches

Any GitHub/other mirrors of the repo, the CI caches (/srv/ci/slipstream*), ~/.cache/slipstream-3p on build hosts (SLVoice tarballs), Discord release posts linking old assets.

Order

Release the clean builds (done: 1.2.2, Beta 4), then prune assets and repositories, then rewrite history. Destructive steps (deleting releases and assets, force-pushing rewritten history) each need the owner's explicit go.
