Bug
Turning off the Weather master switch (World > Weather) stops new precipitation, but the snow already on the ground, objects and avatars, and the wet look on surfaces, stay. They only go away over time, or not at all.
Expected
Weather off means no weather: snow cover, drifts, mover tracks, avatar snow, wetness and run-off are cleared straight away (the next frame). Their GPU maps and buffers are reset or freed, so turning it back on starts clean.
