    Slipstream Release 1.0.0.11 -- v1.0.0 (4882fe4044).

    Slipstream 1.0 is our first stable release. It's 1.0.0 Beta 10 plus one logging change, after testers used it without serious problems.

    What 1.0 brings

    • Vulkan from top to bottom. Clubs, events and crowded sims stay smooth.
    • AMD FSR 3.1 and TAA, plus ray-traced shadows and reflections on supported cards.
    • Draw distance up to 4096 m, smooth terrain, Ultra mesh detail.
    • Memory that manages itself: textures compressed on the GPU, and a video memory budget that steps detail down temporarily under pressure without changing your settings.
    • Features from Firestorm and others: chat contacts, keyword alerts, autoresponse, chat history search, Lightbox camera tools, radar range, gesture sets, outfit folders, Discord status, sound cache and more.
    • Import settings and chat history from Firestorm, Black Dragon or Alchemy. Run several viewers at once. Report bugs from inside the viewer.
    • Linux packages with automatic updates: Flatpak, signed apt repository, Arch PKGBUILD. Every download comes with a signed checksum list.

    Stable and beta channels

    Stable gets final releases only; beta gets every beta and every final. The website, Flatpak (slipstream.flatpakref / slipstream-beta.flatpakref) and apt (slipstream.sources / slipstream-beta.sources) all offer both.
